My name is Jim Smith.  I have been a Professor/Counselor at Mt. SAC since 1998. Over the last 20 years, I  have taught Career and Life Planning, College Success, and College Orientation courses.   

Before coming to Mt. SAC, I worked at Santa Ana College for ten years and Riverside College for one year.  I have a diverse amount of experience working with students from all walks of life.
